Chen Hongzhuan said that the signing was the first time for the secondary college to establish a cooperative relationship with an enterprise, which would also be a new beginning for the school-enterprise cooperation of Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine. Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SCUM) is one of the first TCM institutions of higher learning established by the People's Republic of China after the founding of the People's Republic of China. Over the years, SCUM has shoulded the responsibility of deepening the reform of TCM higher education, promoting independent innovation of TCM, and leading the development of TCM in China. The cooperation in talent construction and scientific research is complementary to the advantages of both sides.
